Donations

Donations made to RSD Foundation are voluntary and are generally non-refundable as they are immediately utilized for charitable and social welfare activities.

Duplicate or Incorrect Transactions

If you have accidentally made multiple payments or entered an incorrect amount, you may request a refund within 7 days of the transaction date. After verification, the eligible amount will be refunded.

Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method only.
Processing time may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank/payment gateway.
Gateway or transaction charges may be deducted if applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Voluntary donations after successful confirmation
Used services or completed programs
Requests made after the allowed refund period
